Terms & Conditions

These general terms apply between the client ("Customer") and Precision Sweden AB (reg. no. 559170-2823), operating under the trademark Nordic Lifespan.

Effective as of September 11, 2025

1. Services

Nordic Lifespan provides health screenings, medical consultations, laboratory tests, and preventive advice according to the chosen program or subscription.

Subscriptions run for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. No automatic renewal applies.

Payments are invoiced monthly with a thirty (30) day payment period. Statutory late fees apply.

Services not included in the subscription are invoiced separately.

The agreement enters into force once both approval and first payment are received.

2. Rescheduling & No-shows

One (1) free rescheduling is allowed.

Rescheduling/cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged in full.

3. Data Processing

Nordic Lifespan processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Swedish Patient Data Act.

Data is used only to deliver agreed services and will not be disclosed without consent.

4. Detection of Illness

If illness is detected, it will be handled by Nordic Lifespan's physicians or partners.

Referrals to public healthcare may be issued if required.

5. Liability

Nordic Lifespan cannot guarantee detection of all diseases.

There is a risk of false positive/negative findings.

Liability is limited to damages caused by negligence, as per applicable law.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Payments

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Distance Contracts Act.

If the service has commenced, special terms and fees apply.

7. Privacy Policy

The website uses cookies to improve user experience.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Miscellaneous

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
