Doctor-led prevention

Baseline

Baseline is a comprehensive medical assessment for people who see prevention as the highest form of healthcare. It is designed for those who do not want to wait, whether they feel in excellent health or want clarity around silent risk factors. The protocol includes advanced blood analysis with 50+ biomarkers, including cardiovascular markers, metabolic health, hematology and iron status, hormones, inflammation, micronutrients, thyroid function, and liver and kidney health. It also includes physiological testing such as grip strength, body composition via InBody, blood pressure, and lung function via spirometry. You receive a 60-minute consultation with a licensed physician and clinical nurse, a full clinical review of all test results, and a written prevention report with recommendations on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. The protocol also includes a 30-minute digital medical follow-up after 6 months to evaluate progress and adjust recommendations. Clinical goal: early identification of subclinical disease processes, assessment of biological age in relation to chronological age, and a prevention plan tailored to the patient’s individual risk profile.
